Managing Partner
As a Managing Partner at Chanakya Management, Kishor assumes a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of operations, development, and finance for the company’s hotels. Kishor received his MS in bioengineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in engineering and hotel management from Sardar Patel University.
With a diverse background that includes being a developer of premium brand hotels, Kishor brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His leadership ensures the stability of the organization and creates a platform for dynamic growth. Kishor is a visionary leader who spearheads the company’s internal growth strategy and drives data-driven results.
In his capacity as Managing Partner, Kishor personally oversees the day-to-day activities of the company’s operations, finance, and development. With a strong educational background, Nimit graduated from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy with a major in pharmaceutical marketing and management. As a second-generation entrepreneur and lifelong student, Nimit brings over 7 years of experience in business management, growth, and strategy.
With a diverse professional background, Nimit has spent over 10 years working for Fortune 500 companies and top consulting firms, gaining a wealth of corporate knowledge and expertise. This experience has equipped Nimit with a deep understanding of effective management practices, strategic planning, and driving growth in dynamic business environments.

Director of QA and Inspection
Stacy brings over eight years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, having specialized in hotel operations and quality assurance. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with multiple prominent brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Best Western, holding various roles from a regional service manager at the corporate level to sales coordinator, general manager and front desk manager at the property level.
Her breadth of experience has endowed her with an extensive understanding of revenue management, sales and marketing, and property management. Stacy’s proven record in opening new properties and managing rigorous brand requirements makes her an ideal fit to oversee the portfolio of Chanakya’s new properties scheduled to open in the upcoming year.
